On Thursday, April 23, 2026, Livewhale Events Calendar's database will be migrated to a new server running on newer Intel processors with better chips. It will be configured the same way as our current server and it will run the same version of MySQL. No disruptions are expected for front-end users at all. However, there will be a lockout of all editors for a brief 1-hour window on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 7 PM EDT to complete this task. Please plan accordingly. Send an email to events@iu.edu for any further questions or assistance.
